Outdoor and Property Maintenance
Indoor and outdoor painting with proper surface preparation. We prime, prepare and paint walls, ceilings, fences and gates. Roof maintenance and painting covers both steel and concrete roofs. Waterproofing work includes damp proofing and replastering where moisture has damaged the surface. We also varnish timber, and produce office and home signage on request. Painting is often combined with a post-construction clean or a facility contract, so the site is finished in one supervised programme.

- Surfaces are primed, sealed, cleaned and conditioned before painting, and we advise on the right paint and finish for each surface, such as oil or latex and the sheen that suits it.
